Privacy policy
What happens to your recordings: they are sent to our speech-recognition and AI providers, who process them on our behalf. We keep raw recordings for 30 days so you can replay them, then delete them, unless you choose to keep a recording. Transcripts and scores stay in your account until you delete it. You can delete recordings or your whole account at any time in Settings.
We configure AI vendors so our data is not used to train their models wherever they offer that option. Data protection baseline: GDPR (users in Europe), PIPEDA (Canada) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
